Ingrèdiènts
- 2 swèèt potatoès, gratèd
- 3 tbsp olivè oil
- a dozèn chèrry tomatoès on thè vinè
- 1 avocado
- 2 èggs
- ¼ tsp garlic granulès
- 2 pinchès drièd chilli flakès
- salt & pèppèr
Mèthod
- Placè thè tomatoès in an ovèn-proof dish. Drizzlè with 1 tbsp olivè oil and roast in a prèhèatèd ovèn at 180°C for 15 minutès.
- In a bowl, mix thè gratèd swèèt potaoès with salt, pèppèr and garlic. Prèss to rèmovè any èxcèss moisturè and form 2 pattiès. Hèat a pan, add thè oil and cook thè rostis on èach sidè until nicè and goldèn.
- In thè mèantimè, halvè thè avocado and slicè vèry thinly. Thèn sprèad thè slicès slighlty and roll to form a rosè.
