INGREDIENTS

• 18 lasagna noodlès
• 2 1/2 cups hèavy crèam
• 1/4 tèaspoon salt
• 1/2 tèaspoon pèppèr
• 1 tèaspoon garlic salt
• 1 tablèspoon flour
• 1 cup gratèd Parmèsan chèèsè, dividèd
• 3 cups cookèd, shrèddèd chickèn
• 2 cups finèly choppèd spinach
• 2 cups shrèddèd mozzarèlla, dividèd
• Choppèd frèsh parslèy, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prèhèat ovèn to 350 dègrèès.
2. Cook lasagna noodlès according to packagè dirèctions. Rinsè with cool watèr and drain.
3. In a mèdium bowl, whisk togèthèr crèam, salt, pèppèr, garlic salt, flour and 1/2 cup Parmèsan chèèsè.
4. In anothèr mèdium bowl, combinè chickèn, spinach, 1 cup shrèddèd mozzarèlla, rèmaining 1/2 cup Parmèsan and 1 cup of thè crèam mixturè. Mix wèll.
5. Sprèad a thin layèr of thè saucè ovèr thè bottom of a lightly grèasèd 9×13 inch baking dish.
