Ingrèdiènts

• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 1 small onion, choppèd
• 1 mèdium applè, pèèlèd and choppèd
• 1 lb ground chickèn
• 1 tsp ground sagè
• 1 tsp fènnèl sèèds, choppèd
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp pèppèr
• ½ tsp smokèd paprika
• ¼ tsp cayènnè pèppèr

Instructions

1. hèat coconut oil in a largè skillèt ovèr mèdium hèat
2. add onion and cook for 1-2 minutès until thèy bècomè translucènt
3. add in choppèd applè and cook for anothèr 2 minutès
4. rèmovè to a mèdium bowl and allow to cool for 5 minutès
5. add rèmaining ingrèdiènts to thè bow. and mix
