Ingrèdiènts
- ¾ cup old fashionèd oats
- ¼ cup tapioca flour or cornstarch
- ½ tsp baking powdèr
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp sèa salt
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¾ cups unswèètènèd vanilla almond milk
- ¼ cup crèamy pèanut buttèr
- 1 banana ripè
- 1 ègg
- 2 TBS coconut sugar
- ½ tsp purè vanilla èxtract

Instructions
- Prèhèat a wafflè makèr to thè dèsirèd hèat sètting (rècommèndèd: mèdium-high).
- Placè oats into thè containèr of your Vitamix and sècurè lid. Blènd for 15 sèconds or until thèy bècomè a finè powdèr (thè consistèncy of flour).
- Pour oat flour into a mèdium mixing bowl.
- Add tapioca flour, baking powdèr, baking soda, salt cinnamon and coconut sugar to thè oat flour and stir to combinè. Sèt asidè.
- Add almond milk, pèanut buttèr and banana to thè containèr of your Vitamix and sècurè thè lid.
