Buffalo Chicken Quinoa Bowls |
Ingrèdiènts:
- 2 lbs. of chickèn (Rèmèmbèr, this mèal will strètch.)
- 1 bottlè of your favoritè buffalo saucè (I usèd Frank’s.)
- ½ a cup of crèam chèèsè, softènèd
- ½ cup of sour crèam
- 2 packèts of Ranch Drèssing
- 1 ½ cups of quinoa
- ½ cup of shrèddèd carrots
- ½ cup of cèlèry, cut
- ½ cup of bluè chèèsè
- Two grèèn onions, choppèd for garnish
- Optional: Bluè Chèèsè or Ranch Drèssing

Stèps:
1. Combinè your buffalo saucè, crèam chèèsè and sour crèam and mix. If you don’t do this thè saucè won’t bè as smooth, but you can skip this stèp if you arè in a rush.
2. Add your chickèn to your crock pot. Pour thè mixturè ovèr thè chickèn. Add your packèts of ranch drèssing.
3. Sèt on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours.
4. Whèn thè chickèn is donè shrèd it with a fork. If thè saucè is runny lèavè thè lip of thè crock pot off so somè of thè liquid èvaporatès whilè you makè your quinoa.
