Ingrèdiènts
- 2 tbsp vègètablè oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp frèshly ground pèppèr
- 2 salmon fillèts skin on
- 1/3 cup tèriyaki saucè
- 1/2 tsp gingèr powdèr
- 1/4 cup pinèapplè juicè
- 4 pinèapplès slicès
- Gèt Ingrèdiènts Powèrèd by Chicory
Instructions
- Hèat vègètablè oil in a pan. Sprinklè salt and pèppèr on both sidès of salmon fillèts.
- Oncè thè pan is hot, placè thè fillèts in thè pan, skin sidè down and sèar for 5 minutès until thè skin is crispy. Turn thè fillèts and cook for anothèr 5 - 8 minutès until thè fish is fully cookèd.
- Mèanwhilè, makè thè saucè:
- Mix tèriyaki saucè, gingèr and pinèapplè juicè in a small saucè pan and bring to boil. Simmèr for 3-4 minutès.
